Tests OK for me but not for actual users

  1. I have PayPal integrated on 3 forms on my site. The most used is: I've tested it several times and it always goes to PayPal for me, but we haven't had one client that has gone through the complete process. I've put it down to the user not waiting for it to load, etc. but last night we had a client that is pretty tech savvy who said it didn't go to PayPal -- it is possible he closed the browser first, but I just wanted to check to see if anyone else has this or any recommendations on what I should check for?

Also I want to set these as goals on Google Analytics, any advice on how best to do that?

    Thanks, Ann

  2. Ann, I can give you a logging add-on to install that will log the PayPal details/activity when that form is submitted. Perhaps that might help you out. Just fill out a priority support form and I'll send it to you with instructions:
