Text aligned to left of fields

    How can I position the text to the left of the fields?

    Similar to this form:

    On the "Form Settings" page there is a drop down "Label Placement". You have a choice of top aligned, left aligned or right aligned. Select "Left aligned" instead of the default "Top aligned" and see if that fits in your sidebar.
