Text in Credit Card Field Too Far Beneath Line

  1. I'm using PayPal Pro within a donation form. The text that corresponds to each line is double spaced beneath the field that the information goes in. For instance, the first field is for the credit card number however the text "Card Number" to let donors know that this field is for credit card number input drops down too far underneath the field. It's very confusing as it looks like the text referring to that field is actually referring to the field below it because it's closer to the lower field than to the higher field. Can this be fixed easily? I don't want to launch the site until it's corrected because, as I stated, it's very confusing.

    Thank you,
    Sandy

  2. Please share the URL where the form is embedded and on display in your site. We can probably help you reposition the text.

  3. The site isn't live. Is there a way I can make that one page live without bringing the whole website up?

  4. There might be a way to do that, but that would be WordPress functionality and some sort of plugin probably. Something like this: http://wordpress.org/extend/plugins/wp-maintenance-mode/ Or, because you are a developer license holder, you can use the priority support form, and submit login details there so someone can take a look. http://www.gravityhelp.com/priority-support/

  5. This has been resolved via a Priority Ticket. Rob gave me some CSS code to add to my stylesheet and it works perfectly now. Thanks Rob!
