The confirmation text is not showing up after submission of the form

    Hi,
    I created a multipage form (see on page http://www.ujustdoit.com/affiliation-info-produit/ ). After submission ("Obtenir les resultats") it should show the confirmation text which I created, which includes also a couple of merge tags.
    It works perfectly fine when using "Preview", but it doesn't work on the page above. Once submitted, the confirmation text does not appear. Help pls. Thanks.
