The latest update is failing

    Hello

    I have tried today to update Gravity Forms plugin to the latest version and got the following message.

    I have not seen this before and have updated this particular installation a number of times so how can I fix this please?

    Charles, you might try grabbing the latest version here on the site and manually updating. Just deactivate and remove the Gravity Forms plugin, then install and activate the zip file you downloaded from the site here. You won't lose any of your forms by doing this.

    Also having this problem. I'll manually update, but what is going wrong here? Permissions issue?

    It could be a permissions issue, an issue with the updater (we will look into it), a server storage space issue, server resources issue, or one of a number of other things.

    Were you able to manually update? Let us know.
