    Hi,
    I am getting the following in the top of a website

    Not Found
    The requested URL /jquery-1.6.3.min.js was not found on this server.
    Additionally, a 404 Not Found error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.
    Apache/2 Server at http://www.jquerye.com Port 80

    It only happens when gravity forms is activated.

    What could be causing this problem?

    Gravity forms does not include jQuery itself it uses the copy included with Wordpress, which for Wordpress 3.5.1 is jQuery 1.8.3, as the message indicates version 1.6.3 is missing I can only guess you are either using an old version of wordpress, theme or some other plugin.

    Can you provide a link to a page containing your form?
    What version of Wordpress are you running?
    What version of Gravity Forms are you using?
