The total is different the the product total

  1. My form is setup with a single product. The single product has many options based on your selection. Some of those options have a positive and negative value. The total that shows up in the "Product" field is correct, but the total that shows up in gravity forms "Total" field is incorrect. I am not sure how or where Gravity forms is coming up with the number. I've search all the forums and looked for days into trying to solve this. But I really could use a little help.

Here is a link to my form: http://www.greenmarketflorida.com/test/
Here is a link to the exported XML from the form: https://dl.dropbox.com/u/1562057/gravityforms-export-2012-06-25.xml

  2. The problem is that you are using a product field to act like a total field. When you do this, the calculated product field, say it's $400.00 is being applied and also the separate options tied to it are getting applied on top of it.

A workaround could be to make a hidden dummy product with a quantity that is always zero and associate all of the Product Option Drop Downs with this product instead. Now those options are still used to calculate the price of the real product, but they're not then used to modify it.
