Theme & Menu broken with last Gravity Forms update

  1. Hi,

Since the last update of Gravity Forms and the Mailchimp addon plugin, the theme & menu of the two pages ("Newsletter" and "Contact") where the plugin is used are broken.

There's no background image no more, and the menu is not displayed correctly (sub-level should be hidden by default).

The layout of the website is displayed as it should on all the other pages, so I guess there's an issue with the Gravity Forms plugin...

Any idea how to fix this issue?
    Thanks forward for your help.

  3. Hi Richard,

Meanwhile, the issue is partially "solved".

I'm using the "Streamline" theme from Yootheme. I disabled the theme compression option to solve another issue. After posting this topic (and after the other issue was solved), I reactivated the theme option and the background was back as normal.

    Really strange...

I made a new test and deactivated the compression option. The background is gone again, and the menu is also broken again...

    You can see it here:

Do you know why this is happening?
Should I contact the YooTheme support?
    Thanks again for your help.

    Hello,

The menu and background appears to be working now, http://i.imgur.com/PrKGVKH.jpg, if that's not what you are seeing then can you try clearing the cache or try another browser.

What compression option are you referring to, CSS or JS, if scripts are compressed and combined in the wrong order then that can lead to javascript errors which will prevent things that rely on javascript from working properly.

    Regards,
    Richard

  5. Hi,

Unfortunately, It's not what I see. The background & menu are broken in my browser. Right now, I can't make a test with another browser.

I'm using the following theme compression option: Combination+Minify+Data URIs+Gzip.

But the issue is occuring only when this option is disabled. When the compression is activated, the issue is solved: background and menu correctly displayed.

I just reactivated the compression option to temporarily solve the issue, but any solution to fix it permanently is still welcome.
