    Hi

    When I try to update our form I'm receiving the "There was an error while saving your form. Please contact our support team" is this because we are using the free version of this form template?

    Is it possible to change what we are still using? or do we need to pay for this form?

    There is no free version of the Gravity Forms plugin. Because you are not a license holder, we won't be able to provide support for you. Please contact the individual who provided you with the plugin for their support.
