    Is it possible to make the time field work only on the quarter hours? So it would be 12:00, 12:15, 12:30, 12:45, 1:00 etc.? I have been searching for this in the forums but haven't found the right solution for this specific problem yet.

    You would have to build this yourself using drop downs if you wanted it to do so as there is no configuration option in Gravity Forms to make this change.

    Nope, as it would just be two drop downs - one for hours and one for minutes or one drop down where you loaded both into it as you did in your example. It is all manual, hence why there isn't any documentation on it.
