Time Warner web hosting uses mysql ver 4.1.22

    I have purchased gravity forms for our word press site. Word press shows under gravity forms that the mysql version is earlier than the version required. I am still able to create forms and use on my website. My issue is it did not register my product or allow me to update the plug in. Please help.

    In order for automatic upgrades to work you need to enter your license key on the Settings page of Gravity Forms (Forms > Settings). Your license key was sent to you via email to your payment email address when you purchased.

    However there has not been a new release since you made your purchase so there is nothing to automatic upgrade to.

    Thanks for the reply. My main concern is using V 1.5 when available. With my current mysql version will it be possible to update to V1.5 when available?

    I'm not aware of any issues with 1.5, which is already available ont he Downloads page as a development release. However, we can't guarantee compatibility as it doesn't technically meet our minimum system requirements.
