Title of Field - URGENT!!!

  1. I cannot get the title of the field to show above the field. It shows above the field in admin when I create the form but when I publish the form to a WP3.0 page the title of the field is next to it not above it.

Has anyone else had this problem and is there a fix or do I need a refund for a flawed product.

  2. Dave, if it looks good in the admin, and displays incorrectly on the front end, it's most likely a style inheritance issue from the theme CSS. There' s no need to jump to the conclusion that it's a flawed product, it's either not setup correctly, or being influenced by something else.

It's difficult to say what the issue is without seeing the actual form, if you would like to post a URL to your form page, we should be able to look at this and get it ironed out pretty quickly.

  3. I apologize for snyde remark. I certainly did not mean to offend anyone. The url is http://www.imarketermagazine.com/submit-your-article

I'm using a woo theme (canvas) with WP3.0

  4. Dave, no worries my friend and no offense taken. Thanks.

The difference you're seeing is coming from a CSS rule on line 452 of your theme's style.css file. It sets a "float:left" property for all the labels. When I disabled that, the labels reverted to their "top label" position above the input fields

WooThemes recently created custom built-in Gravity Forms styles to match each theme and I would guess this is probably what they intended the form to look like for your theme. Here's a link to their original announcement.

I'm sure if you have any questions about their theme-specific form styles, their support team would be happy to answer them for you. Of course, if you have any other questions or problems with the forms, don't hesitate to let us know and we'll work with you to get everything taken care of.

  5. Thank you Kevin, that worked perfectly. I was able to modify the css to make it look right.

BTW How do I move the terms and conditions checkbox to the left? It appears to align right.
