Title of new form hidden - cant create new form

    I have GF Version 1.7.5 and when I go to create a new form, I can't see the top of the new form form - the title is blocked. Doesnt matter what browser or what screen size, or computer. This is what i see: http://i.imgur.com/bsYvOK9.png. My site is http://tech4eleven.com. please help.

    Please go to Forms -> Settings and enable No Conflict mode and see if that helps.
