Track Google Adwords link and form submission

  1. stuuk

Hi guys, I hope you can help me.

Is there a way that a piece of code or message can be included in the Notification email to say that the form was completed by someone who clicked the Google AdWords advert?

I want to be able to distiguish between someone who has come across the site organiscally and the ones that have clicked the adwords campaigne.

So I can have a list of contacts that came organically and via paid channels.

Is there a way to do this in Gravity Forms? Or is this via another route?

    Thanks in advance

  2. Joost de Valk ( has a Gravity Forms Add-On that adds referrer information to the notification emails. You can find it here:

I'm not sure if it includes Google AdWords details, but it does include referrer information.

This is also functionality we plan on adding as a native feature in the future.
