Translate "Submit" to French "Soumettre"

    I am trying to translate the word "Submit" into French "Soumettre" I have looked everywhere in the forums, i have also looked in the POT and the PHP but i can't find the text to edit.

    I'm working on a project to translate some forms into Spanish; how do you translate the seeded sub labels "first" & "last" from the name field, found in advanced fields?

    I have tried exporting the form and changing "first" & "last" in the XML file but when I import the form "first" & "last" appears to have not changed.

    any ideas?

    Yes, these can be changed using a hook and some custom code you add to your themes functions.php file.
