    I tried installing the Brazilian Portuguese version of GravityForms but it said plugin failed.

    Anyone else experiencing this problem?

    SOLVED. Ticket closed.

    for anyone reading this,

    you have to download the files and place them in your languages folder in your wordpress install. then you have to change the language settings in your wp-config.php file. there is a lot of literature online.
