Twilio WP Plugin integration

I am waiting on an email that I sent to you guys 5 days ago regarding this Twilio plugin. All I am trying to do is have an input box on a Wordpress page that a user can simply input their number in and receive SMS text messages/subscriptions from me on my website.

I've got the developers version of this plugin, but have not found any clear direction on how to use it to my liking. I really need some help.

Josh, if you have a developers license, please post your request in the support forum or use the priority support form to send your request. We don't handle support directly via email so if you sent an email, it probably went to an email address that isn't monitored for support issues.
