Two problems with entries

EDIT: I solved these issues by uninstall and re-installing GravityForms.
Would appreciate to know why this happened...

    Hey
I got two major issues with entries:
I have setup a test form, filled the required values, submitted, and I received the email with the correct data. But when I go to Forms > Entries, the list is empty for some reason. I also checked the database via phpMyAdmin and the form data seems to be there under wp_rg_lead_detail table, but they don't appear under Entries in the Dashboard. Also, under Edit Forms, in Entries column, it shows '0' in in the form I submitted.

The second problem I'm having is even stranger.
I have additional from (total of 2 forms), that is configured in a different page than the first form.

When I submit the 1st form, and I check the database in wp_rg_lead_detail table, I see the default field values from the second form too... no idea why...
The email itself contains only data from the actual form I submitted.

    Thanks in advance

  2. I am glad you were able to get up and running. As far as your issues are concerned...

We have seen the first problem occur when the user upgraded to Gravity Forms 1.6.2 but did not have appropriate database permissions to create the new "status" field on the wp_rg_lead table. Once the users had the database permission to update the table, a reinstall fixed the problem. The issue became apparent by turning on debugging and seeing the actual database error.

As far as the second issue, I do not think I understand it completely. Are you saying you had two forms setup on two different WP pages and when you submitted the form on one page, the data appeared to be what you were expecting from the second form? I have not heard similar reports of this.
