Two questions

  1. 1) I actually purchased the business license before realizing we needed the developer option. Can you refund us for the one purchase, because we don't need two licenses?

    2) We need a receipt because we're an academic institution using your product, but we didn't get emailed one and there isn't the option to generate one in the my account area.

    Help?
