Unable to add fields in form editor

  1. Dear all,

I've just installed Gravity forms and updated to the most recent version.
    WP is version 3.5.2.

When I create a new form, I can't add any fields. There is just nothing happening when I click on a field to add to the form. I've tried another browser (Firefox, IE, Chrome) and a different computer but I just can't add any fields?!

The 'first steps' are not dissapearing when I click on flields to add, nothing happends.

    What could be the problem?

  2. Two things for you to try:

1 - Enable no conflict mode on the gravity forms settings page and see if that helps.
2 - If it does not, you'll want to run through a theme/plugin conflict test: http://www.gravityhelp.com/documentation/page/Testing_for_a_Theme/Plugin_Conflict
