Unable to add or edit forms

  1. Hey,

Just installed the plugin on our live site after running on testing site with no issues. When I try to add a new form all the collapsed panels on the right side of the screen are fully expanded and I am unable to scroll down.

When I import a form from our testing site and go to edit it, all the panel down the right are expanded covering the update button.

I am getting the JS error on all the GF plugin related pages in the admin area:

Uncaught ReferenceError: wsdPassStrengthProvider is not defined
    (anonymous function)
    f.Callbacks.n
    f.Callbacks.o.fireWith
    e.extend.ready
    c.addEventListener.B

I deactivated the W3 Total Cache plugin with no change, thinking this may have had an effect.

If you need more info on the setup of the existing site please let me know.
    Please help :)
    Seb

  2. Did a bit more research and the problem appears to be caused by a plugin called:
    WP Security Scan

Setting the "no conflict" setting in GF to off resolves this.

    Has anyone encountered this?

We haven't come across that exact issue, but I'm glad you were able to track it down and sort it out.

I was just about to submit a support ticket. I had exactly the same problem. I have WP Security Scan installed. Caused all sorts of havoc.

Thanks for searching. :) I really appreciate it. Hope things work out for you. If you guys could reach out to the plugin developer and let him know it creates an issue, that would be greatly appreciated. We try to code using the latest WordPress development standards but we can't test against all conflicts all the time.
