Unable to edit visual tab in notifications

    I updated the plugin today and am not able to edit the visual tab in my notifications. Any help is appreciated.

    I can not add any information in the message when in the visual tab for both notification to the administrator and user.

    Any suggestions?

    Also, after upgrading, be sure to completely clear the browser cache, or use a totally different browser to ensure there is no cached JavaScript fouling the form builder.
