Unable to export entries

I had previously been able to select Forms> Import/Export> Select Form. Now when I select the form nothing happens. I used to get a bunch of options to select fields and dates I wanted to export. I have the latest version of WP and gravity forms installed. I have also tried making permissions writeable as well as using chrome, ie and firefox. Not sure why this has stopped functioning.

  6. @humidca, have you tried exporting a narrower date ranger or fewer columns? What happens when you attempt to export entries in your situation?

I am also having the exact problem:
"I had previously been able to select Forms> Import/Export> Select Form. Now when I select the form nothing happens. I have also de-activated plugins and reactivated one by one, also tried using the 2012 theme - nothing works. URL of my form is http://morganrecruiting.com/online-application/

  8. This is usually a JavaScript error showing up in the middle of Gravity Forms JavaScript in the admin area. This does not normally happen, and it's usually due to a theme or plugin conflict. However, you have already checked for those and still have a problem.

Please send me a WordPress administrator login for the website to chris@rocketgenius.com and also an FTP or SSH login so I can check the file permissions.

    Thank you.

  10. Jane, I received your email and replied. The FTP login did not work for me, but in the source of the "Export Entries" page I see a script from "Attracta" added to the bottom. I suspect this is the cause of your problem. It's causing a JavaScript error on the page.

    Timestamp: 11/17/2012 7:58:30 PM
Error: SyntaxError: missing } in XML expression
    Source File: http://morganrecruiting.com/wp-includes/js/tw-sack.js?ver=1.6.1
    Line: 12, Column: 7
    Source Code:
       })();

Please remove that Attracta functionality and see if you can export at that point.

  11. On your host, it looks like you can enable/disable Attracta from the control panel?

    Thank you,
Attracta programming has been removed and I am now able to export entries.

I have now been receiving emails stating that the form just continues to read "submitting" after at
    least 30mins.
