Unable to Preview Forms - Internal Server Error

    Hi

I have been unable to preview my forms. The page I end up on is an "Internal Server Error - The server encountered an internal error or misconfiguration and was unable to complete your request."

I know this is very little to go on, but any idea on why this does not work? I have tried 3 different kinds of forms, and the last one just had a single paragraph text field just to test if a basic form could be previewed and it didn't work either.

    Regards
    Petra

  2. You can do the following...

    - First check to make sure all the plugin files exist and were correctly uploaded by re-uploading the plugin.

    - Second check to make sure file permissions on all plugin files are correct. Test this by CHMOD 755 on all the gravityforms related files.

    - If it doesn't work after the above then you will need to test for plugin conflicts by deactivating all other plugins and then activating Gravity Forms and testing. Then activate each plugin one by one, testing Gravity Forms after each one to see if the problem occurs.

If none of the above work you will need to send us a WordPress Admin login and FTP login via our Contact Us form so that we can take a look and see what is going on.
