Unable to save forms

I just purchased Gravity Forms and am unable to save any forms.
    PHP Version 5.3.22
    MySQL Version 5.1.68
    WordPress Version 3.5.1
    Gravity Forms Version 1.7.3

The symptoms are that the that after clicking on the "save form" button, the circular processing image never ends. When looking at the forms list - a form is listed with the name of the new form, but it does not contain any fields. Additionally, an additional form is created titled "untitled form" - which I haven't created.

    Steps taken so far.
*) Tried to create a simple one field form about a dozen times - it does't get saved.
*) Activated the twenty 10 theme - same result.
*) Deleted the gravity plugin and reinstalled - same result.
*) Deactivated all other plugins - same result

What else can I do to get a basic form saved?

Can you link to your site so I can take a look at things really quickly? You might need to send us login details to take a look at your back-end. The fact that you tested for theme/plugin conflicts is a great start to trying to figure this out. There must be something special about your specific installation, so we just need to track down what that is.

  4. I am also experiencing the same behavior with my forms. Was there ever a fix for the initial question? It was working just fine for me for about a day or two and then all of the sudden it decided to behave the same way as described above. Thanks!

Can you link to your site please? Are you just having issues with the form builder? Do the forms you already created work as expected? Have you added/updated any plugins lately? Have you done the following? http://www.gravityhelp.com/documentation/page/Testing_for_a_Theme/Plugin_Conflict

  6. Currently I am having issues with just the form builder. I followed the step by step testing and issues still exist. I even uninstalled and re-installed Gravity Forms. I received this error on update:
    -----
WordPress database error: [Table './masterc_wrdp1/wp_rg_form_meta' is marked as crashed and should be repaired]
CREATE TABLE wp_rg_form_meta ( form_id mediumint(8) unsigned not null, display_meta longtext, entries_grid_meta longtext, confirmations longtext, notifications longtext, PRIMARY KEY (form_id) ) DEFAULT CHARACTER SET utf8

WordPress database error: [Table './masterc_wrdp1/wp_rg_form_meta' is marked as crashed and should be repaired]
SHOW INDEX FROM wp_rg_form_meta WHERE Key_name='form_id'

    Plugin reactivated successfully.
    -----
Currently I do not have any plugins activated except for Gravity Forms.

Your database tables need to be repaired. If you have knowledge on how to perform such an operation, please do so, otherwise, please contact your web host to do this for you.

Glad to hear it. All my best. You still might want to contact your web host about the issue so they could potentially investigate the cause.
