Unable to send notification emails

  1. We have set up a gravity forms on a few different websites. At first the notifications were working fine, but then all the websites on one particular server could not send any notifications.

We traced this to an email address that got hacked and was generating thousands of emails, clogging our email queue. Our server administrator cleaned the queue and resolved that issue, but the notifications are still not working.

    Do you have any advice?

Can you try the following please? http://www.gravityhelp.com/documentation/page/Troubleshooting_Notifications

You might want to try our Logging Add-on which is available on our Downloads page. Once set-up, you can get it to track everything in a form submission and see if there is anything stopping it from sending the e-mail.

If that doesn't work, can you contact your host as the server might have blocked from sending e-mails?
