Unable to Update Form

    When we try to update our Gravity Form, we receive an error:

    "There was an error while saving your form. Please contact our support team."

    We removed the changes we made & tried again just changing spelling of a field. Didn't work.

    We updated to the latest version of Gravity Forms just in case. Didn't work.

    We rolled our site back to when we knew Gravity Forms was updating correctly, rolled the database back as well.

    Still won't update.

    Is there anything else we can do?

    Matthew,

    First step would be to check for a theme/plugin conflict test: http://www.gravityhelp.com/documentation/page/Testing_for_a_Theme/Plugin_Conflict

    Second step if that turns up empty would be to check conditional logic on your submit button if there is any to make sure it is correctly set.

    Third step if that is not the case would be to check through your form fields for anywhere using HTML and try using single quotes instead of double quotes.
