Undefined index warning when saving settings.

    With WP_DEBUG on, when I save the GF Settings, I get the following warning:

    Notice: Undefined index: gforms_enable_akismet in /[...]/settings.php on line 73

    Not a big issue, just a warning, but would look better if it didn't throw that error ;)
