Update Notification Edits Requires Navigation Menu at Bottom

    At the bottom of the Up[date Notifications part of the forms, there is no "menu" that enables one to navigate.

    Recommend that in the window at the bottom of the notifications edit page be the same navigation menu which appears at the bottom of the Edit page of the form.

    I do not have the form working yet but thi8s is our url
