Upgrade caused form to go over footer section

    I upgraded to GF 1.5.3 today and to WP 3.2.1 ( http://www.travelquotes.co.za )

    My problem is that the form goes over the footer section. To test this please:

    1. Go to http://www.travelquotes.co.za/submit-quote
    2. Select "Air Ticket" in the "What type of quote do you require?" dropdown box

    Notice that the form display over the footer

    What I have tried:

    1. Re-intsalled all WP and GF files
    2. Tested the theme by creating a post with long text to see if the footer moves, and it does (http://www.travelquotes.co.za/test)
    3. Created a new GF form on another page - http://www.travelquotes.co.za/test-form

    What I found:

    That the a long form does work 100% but as soon as I place a Section or field with Conditional Logic to it the form goes over the footer. When I remove the conditional logic it works 100% and the footer does move down

    Please help with this as the form was working 100% for 5 months now and I only have this problem since I upgraded

    Whooo Hoooo

    I found the problem. I de-activated all my plugin except GF plugins
    Tested the form and it worked 100%
    Then 1 by 1 activated my plugins

    Found the OIO Publisher (banner management) plugin was the reason why this was happening
