    Saw a similar post on this we experienced the same issue trying to upgrade via Wordpress.

    How did you upgrade? We haven't tracked down how users have been able to do this. This happens when you upgrade without a license key being passed. When you upgraded, where did you do it from? The Settings page? The Plugins list page? The My Account page on the support site? Can you provide additional details?
