Upgrading to Developer license

Hi there - tried asking this question through 'contact us' but didn't receive an answer (not sure if this is considered 'support' so it was ignored)

I recently purchased the business license... but I would like to upgrade to the developer license. I don't want to do this with the +$100 upgrade option in my profile; I would like to to instead 'refund' my business purchase and utilize the discount code to get a better overall deal.

Can someone help guide me through this if possible?
    Thanks.

I'd think the moderators would honor the code. The "All-Or-Nothing" pricing structure just doesn't make any sense. For example, I'd like just one of the add-ons but I have to pay for them all...

  3. Hi, I'd like to upgrade from Personal ==> Developer license. I contacted through 'contact us' but didn't receive an answer too. I'd like to have "Coupon code" or "discount". Please respond. Thanks.

  4. Upgrades are only handled via the Upgrade system built into the plugin (go to Settings under Forms in your WordPress Dashboard) and on the "My Account" page of this support site.

Upgrades are not done via a shopping cart or the e-junkie.com e-commerce platform and does not have coupon code capabilities. It is done directly via PayPal and does not have coupon code capabilities. We automatically discount the upgrade based on your existing license.

Coupon codes are only good on new purchases for new customers, they are not applicable to upgrades.
