Urgent help needed please with PayPal Add-On

    Hi again GF crew

    I'm experiencing a new problem with PayPal transactions since upgrading to the latest release of the Add-On for users with an access level lower than admin.

    After the payment has been processed and the user is supposed to be redirected back to my site, the redirect fails and the user suffers a white screen of nothing. This is a new problem.

    Is there any chance one of you could take a look at it please? The site is http://www.ubuildcontracts.com I can send you an admin logon by email if you need it.

    My first paying customer today suffered this fate. Not a good way to start.

    I'd really appreciate your help please.

    Hi again - I 'think' I've discovered what the problem is. I had a heap of security-related plugins installed and it seems that one of them - not sure which one yet - was conflicting with the GF/PayPal redirect processes.

    Has anyone else encountered this?

    David will be in touch with you soon... it's possible another plugin could be interfering in the redirect process. A good example of this is the Maintenance Mode plugin. If Maintenance Mode is turned on, IPN can't communicate with your site and the redirect won't work.
