I have a live site with approx 70 entries in my form. I just did a automatic upgrade of your latest version and it crashed the entire site. No access to wp-admin or wp-login and the url throws 2 error messages

Had issues with GF since installing with PHP timeouts, have increased PHP memory limit on my server, but does'nt seem to make any difference to the timeout issues, very very concerned I am going to loose all my entries and form. I have a database back, but GF seems very very unstable and now with no access to the site???
What do I do? URGENTLY
