Use for data recording with progress tracking?

  1. We are running WordPress multisite and want site admins to be able to add 'assessment' and 'rating' tests to their websites. The format is a set of questions (say between 5 and 15 questions) which are to record the user's results doing various tests (e.g. height, weight, various fitness tests). No right or wrong answers so more survey than quiz.

Firstly, the user would be able to answer the questions every so often and track their progress via charts, site admins to see stats and export csv etc.

Secondly could we set some questionnaires for the whole network, but others could be configured by the site admin? It would be great if there was a way of them sharing questionnaires between sites, like a library. Perhaps they could also have content attached that could be monetized.

    Is anything like this possible?
    Many thanks in advance.

  2. You could capture all that data with Gravity Forms, but the aggregation and reporting is not built in. There is no simple way in the admin to take a look at all submissions by one user to track progress. And multisite would complicate things. You can create some custom reporting to get the data out of your database, but it's not built in to Gravity Forms. Gravity Forms will capture the data but it's up to you after that.
