User editable entries and unlimited uploads

  1. I need the ability for users to be able to submit form entries, but also be able to edit any past form entries as well. They will have multiple entries for the same form.

I also need the ability for users to be able to upload multiple files to attach to these forms. The user is basically going to be submitting supporting documentation to help validate their "form entry".

Are these things possible with gravity forms? If not, any suggestions?

The only issue that I see with your request is that Gravity Forms doesn't have a way to tie submissions to users so that they can edit previous submissions. You can collect data from users, and you can have attachments on form submissions as well.

You could have their submissions become posts, and find some plugin that allows editing only of the users own posts, thus allowing their submissions to be locked to their user account and editable. But I don't have any suggestions on which plugin could help you do that.
