User notification email not arriving

    Everything went smoothly with the plugin which I just bought. The admin notification email arrives fine but, having enabled user notification, I am simply not getting those through having tried with a few different addresses. Any pointers welcome. Thanks in advance

    Can you try the following to make sure no other plugins are causing an issue.
