User payment after admin approves application form

    Hi, guys,

We are evaluating potential WordPress plug-ins that may fulfill certain requirements. Could you please let us know if Gravity Forms supports the following requirement:

We will present the user with an application form to allow them to enroll in certain classes. The user fills out the questions and the admin receives a notification of the application. The admin then reviews the application and can accept or reject it. If the admin accepts the application, an email is sent to the user with a payment URL. The user goes to the payment URL and makes the payment to complete the application.

    Would Gravity forms support this?

No, Gravity Forms doesn't, by default, support a break in the process (manual review) that you've listed here. You could make it work through multiple forms and some PHP coding, but it wouldn't be an out of the box experience and would require some intermediate level PHP coding.
