    Hi All,

    Just a question on the user registration addon. I have a client where they run a seperate WordPress install that just for the support ticket system while another install handles the main site and processing of payment etc.

    Will the user registration addon add users to a separate WordPress install or does it need to be a part of the site that its activated on?

    The User Registration add-on will register users on the site it's active on. I'm not sure how your two WordPress installations are separate or how they're linked. Can you explain more?

    The two sites are both on the same server but run their own install with separate WordPress files and databases. With one site running on the main URL and the other as a subdomain.

    Users will be registered for the site where the Gravity Forms plugin and User Registration add-on are installed and active. If you need users registered for both sites after submitting one form, you will need some sort of customization.
