just saw the latest news about version 1.2.6 http://www.gravityhelp.com/gravity-forms-user-registration-add-on-v1-2-6-released/ can you please explain how to "Add new option/functionality to override WP's default registration page with a custom page."? does this page allows password retrieval etc.?
how would it be set up?

Hi Obvio,
We've actually just updated this functionality to be more comprehensive. If you navigate to to the Gravity Form Settings page and then select the "User Registration" link at the top, you should see a new option like so: http://grab.by/azTk
Clicking the checkbox will present the drop down of pages on your site. Select whichever page you are using to display your Gravity Forms User Registration form. Now, anytime the user access the default WP registration page they will be seamlessly redirected (aka, they will not know they are being redirected) to your specified registration page.

First of all, THANK YOU for this info. (Why isn't this information in the documentation for the addon!?!?!?!?! I've just wasted like 3 hours of my life trying to figure out how to get the site to use the new registration page rather than the old!)
Secondly, I found the setting and check box you described. Everything worked exactly as you described. Unfortunately, It's STILL NOT WORKING. Can you think of some reason why this might be?

Hi Sarah,
Are you using the latest version of the add-on? (v 1.2.6.1) The original functionality in v 1.2.6 was not as useful as we wanted it to be and not quite obvious to the user what it did. We updated this functionality in v 1.2.6.1 to be more inline with the assumed functionality of this feature. With the latest version, accessing the default WP registration page will automatically redirect the user to the page specified in the User Registration settings.

I just checked and my version is Version 1.2.6. How do I replace it with the newer version? I'm new to this whole thing. Thanks for your help!

I went ahead and pushed the User Registration Add-On v1.2.6.1 live via our deployment tool. It should show up as an available upgrade on your Plugins page in your WordPress Dashboard. You may need to go to your Plugins page and refresh that page. It may take some time to appear due to caching.
You can also download it from the Add-On Downloads page itself where it was previously available. If you download it from the Add-On page you will be downloading a zip file. What you will need to do is go to your Plugins page in your WordPress Dashboard, deactivate your existing User Registration Add-On and then select delete to delete the existing version. Then upload, install and activate the new version.
Give the new option Dave mentioned above a try, if you have any issues just post in here and we'll be glad to help.
