User registration stop working

    Hi

    I use Version 1.3 of the plugin and it stop working. I use with my student to give them an special access on my site.

    Here the link for registration. When you click on the "Envoyer" button most of the time nothing happen on Chrome (Mac). And when it works, some user can send many times the same form with same user name and it works.
    On the same website, I use an other gravity form for contact and it works perfectly.

    Carl (carl@rocketgenius.com) has already an account on the site if he want to have a look (wp-login).
