Users can't update their own data. Gravity Forms doesn't assign users their data, and as such, they don't have access to it. If you want them to be able to change their user data, you'll need to have them have WordPress user logins so they can change their profiles. You would use our user registration add-on if you want to add more user meta fields so they could change more than what is normally available in a WordPress user profile.

I wish there was a more straightforward way to do it, but currently, there isn't.

  3. Is there a way if they update their address, that it will generate a new form that is emailed. Is there a add-on i could use? I need them to be able to make basic changes when they want to renew if anything changed.

  4. How are you allowing them to change their address, and where? I can't think of a way to send them a form based on a change they made somewhere. However, if you explain more thoroughly what you are doing, maybe we can help.
