Using Conditional Logic On Product Fields In Notification Email

  1. I am using the short code from the documentation to attempt to display the price of a product if its selected in the notification email. For some reason I can't get it to show up.

    Am I doing something wrong?

    ([gravityforms action="conditional" merge_tag="{Please Select your Academy Payment Type:54}" condition="is" value="1"]
This content would be displayed if the value of field id 5 is United States.
    [/gravityforms])

    I have tried

    ([gravityforms action="conditional" merge_tag="{Please Select your Academy Payment Type:54}" condition="is" value="1|7250"]
This content would be displayed if the value of field id 5 is United States.
    [/gravityforms])

  2. Just as a follow up. I have the conditional logic working for normal fields. Like a State drop-down. But when it comes to a product choice it does not seem to work. Any advice on this would be great. The form is here: https://mtcnew.movethecrowd.me/ (connected to Auth.net in test-mode).

  3. So today I figured I would change the fields to regular radio buttons and use conditional logic to show the product based on there selection, but even then the conditional short code doesn't seem to work. Does it just not work on radio buttons? Going crazy over here.

  4. Never mind it appears I was missing ":value" on the merge tag. Please disregard.
