Using conditional logic results in no show

    On this page i instert a form with conditional logic but it is not showing. Neither is it showing in preview mode. Any clue why?

    Have you tested for theme/plugin conflicts yet?

    It is a themeconflict. In Twenty Eleven it works fine..... I have the U-Design theme active and it's not working. Is there a solution for it?
