Hi folks,
I am curious to know if I can put Gravity Forms to use in the way I am about to describe - I have a client who would like a page on their site where employees can order extra equipment (clothing, manuals etc..) so it would be laid out similar to an e-commerce store (thumbnail, description, quantity etc..) but without a buy button, just a form that fires off the items chosen, quantities etc.. Would this be possible with Gravity Forms?

This shouldn't be a problem to setup with Gravity Forms.

Just to elaborate slightly more.....
My client wants an area on their site where their franchisees can come along and order extra equipment/clothing. So the layout would be as simple as (thumbnail, title, description and then a quantity field, and a size field if clothing is being ordered). They do not need any kind of payment processing, just a way for their franchise members to order item x and y, and fire off an order form to my client.
Is this possible with your solution? And how?

Yep, that's how I was reading your initial post. There are a variety of form fields to choose from in Gravity Forms. Each field can have a description, you can even add HTML fields if you'd like. You could create sections for each product and then use a radio field for the product selection within the section, along with the other inputs that go along with it. You can also use conditional logic to choose not to show the supporting fields until a product is selected.
