Using shortcode to define a list of option values in a dropdown

Would this be possible using the Gravity Forms shortcode? There is a field_value parameter, but I presume that is more for prepopulating fields. In this case I'd like to add a list of options for every post I embed the form.

For example: let's say I sell shoes and I write a post for every shoe. All those shoes have different size charts. It would be easy using the same form for every shoe only adding the size chart in the shortcode.

I'm wondering the same thing. I would like to populate one field of the form via shortcode and then have other fields be shown or hidden via conditional logic.

Example: the "postcard" version would show a dropdown of sizes, and the "flyer" version would show a different list of sizes.

I can easily populate a text box via shortcode, but the dropdown list is not working the same way. Of course the textbox doesn't allow me to work any conditional logic from it.

  3. Short codes cannot be used for field values. That isn't currently supported. It is a good idea and something we have discussed in the past as a feature so it may make it in eventually.
