Validate fields with PHP code?

  1. Hello friends.
    I really need your help to complete the form on the Site. After 22 attempts.
    I can not go alone.
    The site has 2 forms. (Only)
    In Form Id: 1
    1 - I need to deploy a PHP code validation fields:
    id: 8 (CPF) and id: 72 (CNPJ)
    Where to install the PHP code?

    When Insert "username" field id: 1 Client can only continue if the data of User, already has been CADASTRATO BEFORE the id field: 20 of Form id: 1

    When Insert "CNPJ" Field id: 2 Customer can only continue if the data of User, already has been CADASTRATO BEFORE the id field: 72 of Form id: 1
