Validation error, but no validation setup

    I need some help fast, I have a site in production and it's receiving a ton of traffic and this form is broken.

    It's a two page form, on the first page there are no required fields, but when you make a selection and try to go to the next page it throughs an error. It says it will highlight the area, but nothing happens.

    Can someone please take a look at this and see if you see what I'm missing?

    Nick, can you update to 1.6.9? I see you are still on 1.6.8.1. Please update to the latest, as we fixed some issues with this.
