Validation error not working

    I have several fields set to required here: http://184.154.144.104/~edison/restaurant-bar/about/gift-certificates

    for some reason the only validation error message that appears is the zip code.

    any help would be greatly appriciated.

    Have you written any custom code that could affect Gravity Forms? Any custom validation? Can you also try the following please? http://www.gravityhelp.com/documentation/page/Testing_for_a_Theme/Plugin_Conflict

    Hey David. I just tried with the 2012 theme active and I have the same results. I even disabled all other plugins.

    I was just trying your form, and it looks like it is validating fields currently. Are things fixed?
