Variables for Auto Populating Fields

I have seen in a pre-sales question (http://forum.gravityhelp.com/topic/features) that Gravity Forms has the ability to "auto-populate a field with the username of a logged in user. There are some variables you can use for default values that include the users email, users login, users display name, etc."

Where do I find these variables? I would like to auto populate the user's name and email address, but can't seem to find this anywhere in the documentation.

    Please help.

  2. You edit the field, go to the Advanced tab and where the Default Value is there will be a drop down with variables. You select a variable from the drop down and it will insert it into the default value. It is only visible when a field has a default value interface.
